Resolve ticket

Close a ticket in the In progress status.

Procedure

  1. Call up the Task Tracking > Ticket Management menu.
  2. In the In Progress column, click on the desired ticket tile.

    The ticket details dialog with the Basic Information tab is displayed.

    Alternatively, drag and drop the ticket to the Closed column.

  3. Click on Actions and select Resolve .

  4. In the Close Ticket dialog window, select a status with which the ticket is to be closed:
  5. Enter a description in the Note field.

  6. Click Close.

    This operation cannot be undone.

The ticket is displayed in the Closed column.

A corresponding entry is displayed in the Ticket history tab in the ticket details dialog.
