Add a note to a ticket

A Note can be added to a ticket at any time.

Procedure

  1. Call up the Task Tracking > Ticket Management menu.
  2. Click the desired ticket tile.

    The ticket details dialog with the Basic Information tab is displayed.

  3. Call up the Details tab.
  4. In the Note field, click on mdm_edit_icon.

  5. Enter a note about the ticket.
  6. To save the note, click save.

The note has been added to the ticket and can be viewed on the Details tab.

A corresponding entry is displayed in the Ticket history tab in the ticket details dialog.

If the dialog is closed without saving the note, a corresponding dialog appears to reject the note, save it or cancel the operation.
