Display online help

The online help is displayed in the standard web browser.

Requirements

JavaScript is allowed.
If umlauts are not displayed correctly, choose appropriate character encoding.
It may be necessary to make the following adjustments to open the online help with all contents:
Mozilla Firefox: Set parameter privacy.file_unique_origin to false.

Google Chrome: Add the following option in the path field for opening Chrome: --allow-file-access-from-files
