The Nexeed Condition Monitoring module is used to assess measured values and machine messages. The module can be used to monitor the production processes and the associated specified parameters. Rules with conditions for devices or device types can also be created. If the conditions of the rule are met, a deviation notification is generated. The deviation notification is sent to the Nexeed Deviation Processor, which then processes this further.
The Nexeed Condition Monitoring module contains rules and rule types/functions that have already been implemented ( e.g. the detection of trends). Measured values from machines and sensors (e.g. pressure, temperature, force) can be displayed live and in chronological order on the user interface of Nexeed Industrial Application Systems.
If the Nexeed Backend-Service AI Services are installed, the Event Sequence Detection Function is available.
If the Nexeed Deviation Processor module is installed, the Deviation Notification menu is available.
Either Rules Light or Rules Extended can be installed.
Rules Extended has the following functions in addition to Rules Light:
Main Function
Condition monitoring
Deviation notification
Rules management
Function configuration
Roles and Permissions
All modules of the Nexeed Industrial Application System are based on access levels (roles).
The default configuration of these roles can be changed in the Nexeed Multitenant Access Control module.
