Delete work instruction

Prerequisite

Role Transport Management Administrator

Procedure

1. Call up the Work steps > Work instructions menu.
2. If necessary, filter by a unit load type, trailer type, or material number.
3. Delete work instruction:
   • To delete a work instruction, click in the row containing the work instruction.
   • To delete multiple work instructions, enable the checkboxes for the work instructions and click in the header.
   • To delete all displayed work instructions, enable the checkbox in the title row of the list and click in the header.
4. In the dialog box, click Delete to permanently delete the work instruction.

The work instruction is deleted and removed from the list of work instructions.

2. Remove work instruction with .

   Or:

   Edit the work instruction with and remove the work instruction in the Work instructions and special activities dialog box using Delete.

3. In the dialog window, remove the work instruction with Delete.

The work instruction is deleted and no longer appears in the Work steps > Work instructions menu.
