Assign and remove favorites to/from a favorites group

Preconditions

• Production units that are to be assigned to a favorites group are marked as favorites in the Map tab.
  Mark production units as favorites
• A favorites group has been created.
  Create favorites group

Procedure

1. Call up the Shopfloor management > Global production overview > Favorites tab.
2. Open the desired favorites group with .

   

   In the Edit favorites group window, the Unassigned Favorites area shows all production units that can be assigned to the group.

3. If all displayed production units are to be assigned to the group, move the production units with to the Assigned Favorites area.
4. Otherwise, click on the production units to be assigned to the group, then move all selected production units with into the Assigned Favorites area.

   To select all production units in the Unassigned Favorites area, under the Unassigned Favorites area, click on Select All.

5. Select any assigned favorites that are no longer to be assigned to the group in the Assigned Favorites area before moving them with to the Unassigned Favorites area.
6. To remove all production units from the group, move production units with into the Unassigned Favorites area.
7. Click Save to save the changes.

The Favorites group contains the assigned favorites. The production units appear on the Favorites tab under the selected favorites group.
