Global Settings Tab

The Global settings tab is used to configure the general settings for the Nexeed Global Production Overview module.

Prerequisite

• ManagementView administrator role

Procedure

1. Under Shopfloor management > Global production overview, click in the top right.
2. Call up the Global Settings tab.
3. In the Replication Settings area, adjust the following entries:
   • Update interval for aggregated data

     Update interval, in hours and minutes, after which aggregated data is updated

   • Update interval for live data

     Update interval in minutes after which live data is updated

4. In the Settings area, adjust the following entries:
   • Latitude and Longitude

     Start coordinates of the map when the Global Production Overview > Map tab is opened

   • Number of values for trend monitoring

     The number of current values from which the trend (, , ) is calculated for the key performance indicators OEE and PC

   • KPI trend hysteresis

     Deviation from the trend after which the trend display for the OEE and PC key performance indicators is adjusted

   • Mark data as outdated after

     Time in days and hours after which data is marked as outdated (e.g. in the data card)

   • Mark current shift as inactive after

     Time in minutes after which a shift is to be marked as inactive.

     The value must be higher than the value specified in Update interval for live data.

   • Replicate additional aggregated data

     Activate the checkbox to replicate additional aggregated data.

5. Click Save.

The general settings are configured.
