Acknowledge reported problems

Preconditions

• Problems were reported via the Milkrun application.
• Role Transport Management Administrator or Transport Management Logistik Planer

Procedure

1. Select the Material flow > Reported problems menu.
2. In the row of required reported problems, press to open the Reported problems dialog window.

   

   The details of the reported problem are displayed.

3. To acknowledge the reported problem, check the Acknowledged checkbox.

   Or:

   To acknowledge multiple reported problems, activate the checkboxes in front of the required reported problems and press in the header to open the Acknowledge problems dialog window.

4. Press Acknowledge to acknowledge the selected problems.

The relevant problems are acknowledged.
