The module Nexeed Tool Management is used to manage and configure tools and components. To assist in this, the Nexeed Tool Management module provides information on any pending maintenance work on the tools and components. The health status of all tools and components is indicated by a color for monitoring purposes.

All modules of the Nexeed Industrial Application System are based on permissions. Depending on the permissions, different functions are available in a module.
To enable functions, the user is assigned a role based on the desired permission. Permissions are managed in the Nexeed Multitenant Access Control module.
