Filtering Table Types

In Nexeed Tool Management, types can be filtered based on group, status, tool type number, nature of type and last update. The status can be used to display deleted types. The status is not related to the health or release state. On the Tool management > Tool control > Types tab, if no filters are set, all active types are displayed by default.

  1. Call up the Tool management > Tool control > Types tab.
  2. Open the filter with .
  3. To set filters for the group, select Group and enter the name of the group in full or in part.

    Active filters are shown with checkmark and delete.

    Active filters can be deleted with delete.

  4. To set filters for the status, select Status and activate the checkboxes.
  5. To set filters for the tool type number, select Tool type number and enter the tool type number in full or in part.
  6. To set filters for tools and components, select Tools & components and activate checkboxes.
  7. Set filter for updates to type within a time period:

  8. To remove the filter selection, choose Reset all.
  9. Apply filter with Apply.

Only types with the selected filters are displayed in the table.
