Type groups and types tab

The Type group and types tab is used to create, check and modify type groups and types.

• Type group

  Groups several types. Targets or target cycle times can only be assigned per type group.

• Type

  Globally unique combination of type number and variant, independent of the assignment to a type group.

Prerequisites

• Administration User or Administration Admin role
• The user is logged on to the Web Portal.

Procedure

In the menu, click on the Shopfloor Management > Administration > Type Groups and Types tab.

The Type groups and types tab opens.

The Type Groups and Types tab displays a table of type groups and their types, as well as interaction elements (Description of the interaction elements for type groups).
