Publish digital shift information

Prerequisites

• Shift Book Leader or Shift Book Admin role
• The Shift book tab is open. Shift book tab.
• Digital shift information has been added or edited for the current shift.

  Add digital shift information, Edit digital shift information

Procedure

1. Click the shift.
2. Click .
3. Select the Digital shift information option.

   The <Datum der Schicht (Schichttyp)> dialog opens.

4. Click Publish.

   It is only possible to publish the digital shift information from a certain time onward prior to the end of the shift; this time is specified by the Shift Book Admin operator under Shopfloor > Administration > Configuration using the configuration parameter Publish digital shift information time.

The digital shift information is published for the following shift.

Published shift information can no longer be edited.
