Change the status of a rule, view the history of a rule or copy a rule

Prerequisite

Rules Management Expert or Rules Management Administrator role

Procedure

1. Call up the Efficiency analysis > Rules management menu.

   

2. Open the context menu with .

   

   The following options are available:

   • Change status

     In the Change status dialog window, select Active, Inactive or In Approval according to the current status, enter a description and confirm with Save.

   • View history

     The history of the rule is displayed.

   • Copy rule

     The Add rule dialog window is displayed with the pre-populated values of the current rule.

     Adjust values and save as a new rule: Create or Configure a Rule

   • Clear

     The Delete rule dialog window is displayed.

     Remove the rule with Delete.
