Create predefined reason

Prerequisite

Tool Management Expert or Tool Management Admin role

Procedure

1. Call up the Tool Management > Settings > Predefined reason tab.
2. Select the Action from the drop-down list.
3. Create a predefined reason with .

   

4. Select Language.

   Additional languages can be added in the detailed view once the reason has been created.

5. Enter a Description of the reason.
6. Create the predefined reason with Create.

The predefined reason is displayed in the Settings > Predefined reason tab.
