Description of the Interaction Elements: Transport orders

The following table describes the column titles that are available for transport orders under the Overview tab.

If there are problems with a transport order, support must be provided with the ID.

Column	Description
ID	The ID under which a transport order is saved in the database
Note	Notes on the transport order
Aggregation	List of combined transport orders
Source system	Specifies the original IT system which generated the transport order (if available).
Transport order number	Identification number from the source system. This number can be used to identify the order unambiguously in the source system.
Author	Associate who created the transport order
Creation time	Creation time (date, time) of the transport order
Target deadline:	Latest point in time (date, time) by which the transport order must be completed
Source building	Source building of the transport order
Source hall	Source hall of the transport order
Source station	Source station of the transport order
Source storage location	Source storage location of the transport order
Source information	Additional source information from third parties
Target building	Target building of the transport order
Target hall	Target hall of the transport order
Target station	Target station of the transport order
Target storage location	Target storage location of the transport order
Target information	Additional target information from third parties
Material number	ID of the material
Material description	Description of the material
Quantity	Quantity of material
Unit load type	Name of the unit load type
Number of unit loads	Number of unit loads used for this transport order
Kanban ID	Kanban ID of the transport order
Ready For Planning	Yes: The transport order contains all the information required for planning. No: The transport order does not contain all the information required for planning.
Priority order	The transport order must be delivered with priority (not currently taken into account).
Status	Current status of the transport order
Open	The transport order is not yet completed.
Finished	The transport order has been completed.
Result	Result of the transport order. Only set when the Completed status has been reached.
Fulfilled	The transport order has been completed successfully.
Cancelled	The transport order has been canceled.
Failed	The transport order could not be completed successfully.
Required pickup time	Latest point in time (date, time) by which the transport order must be collected
Production order number	Information about the production order and the transport order generated from it
Rescheduling status	Current rescheduling status of the transport order

Icon/function	Description
