Equipment State Distribution

The Equipment State Distribution report provides information for analyzing the state of one or more facilities over time.

Legend

Element	Description
Production	Duration/ratio in which the piece of equipment produces
Outside Operation Time	Duration/ratio in which no production is planned for the piece of equipment (planned downtime)
Changeover	Duration/ratio of changeover
Jam	Duration/proportion of the bottleneck
Main Parts Missing	Duration/proportion of time spent waiting for the main part
Feed Parts Missing	Duration/proportion of time spent waiting for the feed part
Errors	Duration/proportion of time in which production was not possible due to a station error
Automatic Mode Off	Duration/ratio in which the facility was not ready for production
Unknown	Duration/ratio in which the facility was unable to produce due to an unknown condition
