Change the release status of the variant

Prerequisite

Production area, product family, product and variant(s) have been created. Product tab

Procedure

1. Click in the Production Area & Product Family search box in the Editor tab.
2. In the Production Area drop-down list, select a production area by activating the checkbox and click .
3. In the Product Family drop-down list, select a product family by activating the checkbox.
4. Change the release status of the variant in the list:
   • To change the release status of an individual variant, change the release status of the variant in the Status drop-down list.
   • To change the release status of multiple variants, select the variants by activating the checkboxes, click in the header and select Change Release Status in the options menu.
5. In the Change Status dialog window, select the target status of the variant from the Target Status drop-down list.

   

6. Click Change.

The release status of the variant has been changed.
