Create dataset structure

Prerequisite

Production area has been created.

Procedure

1. Click on a production area in the Configurator tab.
2. Click in the detailed view in the header.
3. Enter the information in the Create Dataset Structure dialog window:

   

   • Use the radio button to select a dataset structure type.
   • A line of the dataset structure can be entered in the Line text box (only for the location dataset structure type).
   • Enter the station of the dataset structure in the Station text box (only for the location dataset structure type).
   • A station index of the dataset structure can be entered in the Station Index text box (only for the location dataset structure type).
   • A functional unit of the dataset structure can be entered in the Functional Unit text box (only for the location dataset structure type).
   • A working position of the dataset structure can be entered in the Working Position text box (only for the location dataset structure type).
   • A tool position of the dataset structure can be entered in the Tool Position text box (only for the location dataset structure type).
   • In the Process Number text box, enter the process number of the dataset structure (only for the process dataset structure type).
   • Enter the application of the dataset structure in the Application text box (only for the application dataset structure type).
4. Click Create.

The dataset structure is created and appears in the list.
