Filtering by Title

The various different filter options can be combined. The filters are linked with AND.

Prerequisite

Ticket Management Admin or Ticket Reader or Ticket Creator role

Procedure

1. Call up the Task Tracking > Ticket Management menu.
2. Enter a search term in the search field.

The overview displays all tickets in which the search term appears in the ticket title, which fulfill all filter criteria, and to which the logged-in user has read access.
