The module Nexeed Reporting Management is used to centrally collect and display Nexeed IAS module reports (e.g. key performance indicator reports on the quality of produced parts). The module reports created by the user in the modules are displayed collectively in Nexeed Reporting Management in order to provide a uniform overview of all report executions (jobs) in Nexeed IAS.
Nexeed Reporting Management also offers user-specific, time-controlled execution of module reports (e.g. every Monday at 9:00). The scheduled executions for the current user are listed in the job list.
Nexeed Reporting Management does not generate its own reports, but only displays the module reports of the integrated modules.
Module reports and schedules are executed exclusively via the respective modules of the Nexeed IAS. Report executions are only displayed for the reports of those modules that are integrated with Nexeed Reporting Management.
Main Function
Roles and permissions
All modules of the Nexeed Industrial Application System are based on permissions. Depending on the permissions, different functions are available in a module.
To enable functions, the user is assigned a role based on the desired permission. Permissions are managed in the Nexeed Multitenant Access Control module.
The standard configuration of the module includes the following roles:
Authorization |
Reporting Management User |
---|---|
Module Report — Read |
x |
Module Report — Modify |

Module Report — Delete |
x |
Schedules — Read |

Schedules — Change |

Jobs and schedules can only be created via the module user interface. The user must have the permissions for the respective modules.
