If users need to be able to manage the Artifact Repository software and Private Artifact Repositories certificates, they must have the appropriate user rights.

Process
From the menu, select Access Management > Groups.
Select the MANAGER_SOFTWARE_REPOSITORY group.
Select the Assigned users tab.
Click +Assign users to add the user to the group for the repository user rights.
Select the user from the list.
Click Assign to add the user to the group.
The user is added to the group and now has the corresponding user rights for the Private Artifact Repository.
