User Rights for a New Holder of a Tenant ID

A holder of a Tenant ID can assign a corresponding right to an additional new holder of a Tenant ID via Access Management.

Requirements

• Bosch ID
• Access to Access Management
• Tenant ID

Process

1. Select Access Management > Users from the menu.

   

2. Select the user to whom you want to assign rights for a tenant.
3. Select the Assigned roles tab.

   

4. Click Add .

   

5. Select the following roles from the list:
   • Portal User
   • Access Manager
   • Portal Admin

     This role is optional because it only allows the user to customize the web interface of Access Management.

6. Click Assign to add the roles to the user.

The user has been assigned the appropriate roles, so that the user now has all the user rights that are essential for a tenant.
