Assigning a User to a Group

Prerequisite

Access Manager role

Procedure

  1. Call up the Access management > Groups menu.
  2. Select the required group from the overview (Creating a Group).

    In the detailed view, the group details are displayed in the Details tab.

  3. In the detailed view, go to the Assigned users tab.
  4. Click add .

    The Select user dialog window will appear.

  5. Select the required users.
  6. Click Assign.

The selected users are assigned to the group and are displayed in the detailed view in the Assigned users tab.
