To enable Nexeed Transport Management to create automatic transport orders, rules are created with which Nexeed Transport Management filters the regular transport orders.
Example:
When a regular transport order is executed, empty load units (empties) are located at the destination after the materials have been removed. If the criteria of a created rule for automatic transport orders match the regular transport order, Nexeed Transport Management generates an automatic transport order for the removal of the empties.
Interface
Automatic transport orders can be triggered by regular transport orders or by EPCIS events. EPCIS events must be created on RFID readers. The created rules are listed in each case in a table.
There are two tabs in the Automatic TOs menu: Triggered by transport orders and Triggered by EPCIS events.
