Filter type groups with target cycle time

The table of type groups shows the target cycle times for different type groups:

• Target cycle time: Target cycle times that are not dependent on the number of workers (base target cycle times).
• x workers: Target cycle times that depend on the number of workers.

If the selected facility allows the entry of process-dependent target cycle times, the display of the results table differs:

• Target cycle time for all process numbers of the corresponding type group, except those listed below

  (Example: Target cycle time of 15 s valid for all process numbers within Bosch SE-11, invalid for process number 10).

• Target cycle time for the specific process number within the type group

  (Example: Valid for process number 10).

The target cycle times displayed in the table of type groups are determined as follows:

1. Explicitly assigned target cycle times for combinations of type group or process number and the number of workers or base value are displayed directly.
2. For target cycle times that are not explicitly assigned, an effective target cycle time is displayed in gray, and is determined as follows:

   

   • For process-dependent target cycle times: Target cycle time of the parent type group of the same number of workers.
   • For process-dependent target cycle times: Target cycle time of the base value of the process number.
   • Target cycle time of the base value of the superordinate type group.

The system operator must activate the input of process-dependent target cycle times either globally or per line under Shopfloor management > Administration > Configuration using the configuration parameter Process number dependent target cycle times.

Subsequent deactivation of this parameter does not delete the existing process-dependent target cycle times. However, process-dependent target cycle times that have already been created lose their validity. This applies globally to all applications.

Procedure

• To display only type groups with target cycle times at the time set using the time stamp:

  Click Only with target cycle time.

The table of type groups only contains type groups for which target cycle times are defined at the time set with the time stamp; the Only with target cycle time filter symbol is highlighted in color.

• To display all type groups:

  Click Only with target cycle time.

The table of type groups contains all type groups; the Only with target cycle time filter symbol is not highlighted in color.
