Configure a line for the first time

Prerequisite

Andon Live UI Admin role

Procedure

1. Call up the Shopfloor Management > Andon Live > Configuration tab.
2. Open the drop-down list and select Process Escalation.
3. In the navigation tree, select the line and enter the following information:
   • Monitoring Type

     Selection between time and parts

   • Monitored Time Frame/Monitored Parts

     Enter the duration in minutes or the number of parts in pieces for which a newly occurring error in the total counter is to be taken into account.

     When selecting the Parts monitoring type, the parts of the last 7 days are evaluated as a maximum.

   • Refresh Interval

     Enter the time period in seconds after which the backend loads the data from the database.

     Do not select too short a refresh interval!
     Updating too frequently can lead to a high utilization of the database

4. To save the configuration, click Save.

The line is configured and is displayed in front of the line in the navigation tree. The child elements are shown in the navigation tree.

To configure error patterns for child elements, continue with Add, edit, copy, delete error patterns.
