Add, edit, copy, delete error patterns

Prerequisite

Andon Live UI Admin role

Procedure

1. Call up the Shopfloor Management > Andon Live > Configuration tab.
2. Open the drop-down list and select Process Escalation.
3. Mark the facility (station to tool position) in the navigation tree.
4. To Create the error pattern, click in the toolbar.

   The Add Error Pattern dialog window is displayed.

   Enter the following details:

   • Error Pattern

     For further information: Error Pattern

   • Error Text

     If no error text is entered, the error text configured in the database (if applicable) is displayed.

   • Warning Limit
   • Alarm Limit
5. To save the configuration, click Save.

The configuration is saved. The navigation tree displays next to the facility and next to the line and all its parent elements.

Further actions

• To edit an error pattern, highlight the error pattern and click in the toolbar.
• To copy an error pattern, highlight the error pattern and click in the toolbar.
• To delete an error pattern, highlight the error pattern and click in the toolbar.
