Add Maintenance Status Widget
Prerequisite
Ticket Management User or Ticket Management Expert or Ticket Management Admin role
Procedure
- Call up the Dashboard and open the desired dashboard.
- In the dashboard, click
. - Click
. - In the Add New Widgets dialog window, enter Maintenance Status in the Search Term text field.
- Activate the checkbox of the Maintenance Status Widget.

- To create the widget, click Add widget.
The widget is shown in the dashboard and can be configured: Configure Maintenance Status Widget
- To save the changes to the dashboard, click Save.
The widget appears in the dashboard.
