To sort the column of a table alphabetically in ascending order, right-click on the column title to open the context menu and select Sort in Ascending Order.
Or:
To sort the column of a table alphabetically in descending order, right -click on the column title to open the context menu and select Sort in Descending Order.
In the column title, a small triangle indicates that the column is sorted. A tip pointing upward indicates an ascending alphabetical sort order.
The sorting can be removed using Remove sorting in the context menu of the column.
Grouping the table by a column
Grouping
Open the window.
Right-click on the column title by which you want to group, open the context menu and select Group by this column.
The table is grouped by the selected column.
Undoing the grouping
Open the window.
To view the column titles by which you are grouping, right-click a column title to open the context menu and select Show grouping box.
The column title appears above the table.
Right-click to open the context menu of the grouped column title and select Remove grouping.
The table is no longer grouped by the selected column.
To save the view of the table, continue with Saving a layout.
Showing and hiding columns in a table
Open the window.
Right-click on the table header to open the context menu and select Show Column Editor.
In the Column Editor dialog box, check the checkboxes of the columns you want to display.
Close the Column Editor dialog box.
To change the order of the columns, drag and drop the column title to the desired location.
The table contains the required columns in the required sequence.
