Saving a layout

If you want to preserve a customized layout, you can save it with a layout name. The saved layout is accessible to any user.

1. Customize the layout and tables.

   Arranging panels and windows

   Basic operation: Setting up tables

2. Right-click on any window title to open the context menu and select Save Layout....

   

3. In the Save Layout Globallly – <Menüname> dialog box, enter the following information:
   • Layout name:

     Enter the desired name for the layout.

   • Description:

     If necessary, enter a description for the layout.

   • Save layout for:

     Check the checkboxes of the panel layout and the windows in the displayed menu if you wish to save them.

4. Save the layout by clicking Save.

The layout is saved under the name you entered.

• To load a saved layout, continue with Loading a layout.
