Export dataset

Prerequisites

• Production area, product family, product and variant(s) have been created. Product tab
• Dataset structure, structure element and parameters have been created. Configurator tab
• Dataset has been added to the variant.

Procedure

1. Click in the Production Area & Product Family search box in the Editor tab.
2. In the Production Area drop-down list, select a production area by activating the checkbox and click .
3. In the Product Family drop-down list, select a product family by activating the checkbox.
4. Click on a variant in the list.
5. Select a dataset in the detailed view by activating the checkbox.
6. Click in the header.
7. Click Export in the options menu.
8. In the Export dialog window, select an export format using the radio button.

   

9. Click Export.
10. Open or save the file in the operating system dialog window.

The dataset is exported and is displayed in a suitable program or saved.
