Unlink a product or a material

Requirements

• At least one product, component or material must be linked to an action.
• Administrator role

Procedure

1. Open the Type/material actions (assignments) menu.

2. Select an action whose link is to be unlinked in the drop-down list in the Actions area.

   A list of the details and values of the action appears on the right-hand side. All products linked to the action appear in the Types area. All components and materials that are linked to the action appear in the Materials area.

3. Click on in the row of the product or in the row of the component or material whose link to the selected action is to be unlinked.
4. Click to save the changes in the Type/material actions (assignments) view.

   Before the changes are saved in the Type/material actions (assignments) view, you can undo the deletion using .

The link to the selected action is removed if the product is no longer displayed in the list of linked products in the Types area.
The selected action is unlinked when the component or material is no longer displayed in the list of linked components and materials in the Materials area.
