Pausing and unpausing an order

Prerequisites

• The order to be paused has the order status Approved, Unplanned , or Active.

Procedure

1. Open the Order Overview menu.
2. Filter by orders in the Orders window, if necessary, or click to retrieve an order from an external system.

   Filtering a table

3. Where necessary, refresh the data using in the header.

   The order is displayed.

4. To set the selected order to order status Paused, right-click the order to open the context menu and select  Pause.

   This option is only available if the Allow pausing of orders setting is active.

The order has been set to order status Paused.

• To cancel the pause and set the order to its previous order status, right-click the order to open the context menu and select  Continue Order.
