Switching the order status between Planned and Unplanned

Prerequisites

• The order to be set to order status Planned or Unplanned has the order status Approved, Unplanned or Planned.

Procedure

1. Open the Order Overview menu.
2. Filter by orders in the Orders window, if necessary, or click to retrieve an order from an external system.

3. Where necessary, refresh the data using in the header.

   The order is displayed.

4. To set the selected order to the order status Planned, click in the toolbar.

   Or:

   Right-click on any order to open the context menu and select  After Planned Move.

   This option is only available if the Allow Order Status "Unplanned" setting is active.

The order has been set to order status Planned.

• To return the order to order status Unplanned, select Move to Unplanned in the context menu or click in the toolbar.
