Exporting the history of the tool or component

The history of a tool or component can be exported to an XLSX file. The filters on the History tab are applied when the history is exported.

Filtering the history of a tool or component

Prerequisite

• Tool Management Guest or Tool Management User or Tool Management Expert or Tool Management Admin role
• A tool or component has been created.
  Creating a Tool or Component and Importing Tools or Components

Procedure

1. Call up the Tool management > Tool control > Tools & components tab.
2. Select a tool or component.
3. In the detailed view, call up the History tab.
4. Export history with .
5. Save the XLSX file.

The history is saved to an XLSX file based on the set filters.
