Manage attachments for a corrective or preventive task

Any number of attachments can be added for a corrective or preventive task.

Prerequisite

User or Administrator role

Procedure

1. Call up the Maintenance > Machine maintenance menu.

   Or:

   Call up the Maintenance > Tool maintenance menu.

2. Select a corrective or preventive task.
3. In the detail view, go to the Attachments tab.

   Example: Corrective Task

   

4. Select line.
5. Open the Files tab.
6. Select Permitted file extensions with Add attachments.

   Or:

   Drag and drop the file into the field.

7. To remove a file, use to delete the file.
8. To display a file, open the Gallery tab.

The files are displayed in the Attachments tab or are no longer displayed.
