Tool Maintenance

Preventive tasks are only available for devices in the Machine Maintenance menu.
Machine Maintenance

In the Maintenance > Tool Maintenance menu, an overview of corrective tasks for tools is displayed. The overview can be filtered in several ways. Users can create favorites to display tasks that are relevant to them.

Color in the task margin/Priority

The color in the corrective task margin indicates the priority level of the corrective task.

Blue/Low

Yellow/Medium

Name of tool

Status

Status of the corrective task

New

The corrective task has been newly created and has not yet been processed.

Started

The corrective task is being processed.

Finished

The corrective task has been resolved and completed.

Resolving Group

Name of the assigned resolving group that can process the corrective task

Responsible

Name of the assigned user who can process the corrective task

Report date

Date on which the corrective task was created

Downtime

Indicates whether the reported fault has resulted in a downtime at the tool.

No

The fault did not result in a downtime.

Yes

The fault did result in a downtime.

Type of task

Corrective maintenance:

Task that eliminates a defect, such as a fault or failure
