Machine task templates

An overview of task templates for preventive and recommended tasks of devices is displayed in the Maintenance > Machine task templates menu. Task templates can be used to automatically create recurring maintenance tasks, for example.

Element/icon	Description
ID	Automatically assigned ID of the task template
Task template	Brief description of the task template
Template type	Type of task template
Day	Tags assigned to the task template The tags can be used to filter the task template.
Latest version	Latest enabled version of the task template If there is no enabled version, the last version with the release status Draft, In Review, Rejected or Disabled is displayed.
Release status	The colored circle indicates the release status of the task template: Blue/Draft Task template is in draft form. Purple/In Review The task template is being reviewed. Red/Rejected The task template was rejected after the review. Green/Enabled The task template has been enabled and can be used. Gray/Disabled The task template has been disabled and can no longer be used.
Resolving Group	Name of the assigned resolving group for the task template
Creator	Person who created the task template
Last update	Date on which the task template was last edited
