Create machine task template

Prerequisite

Administrator role

Procedure

1. Open the Maintenance > Machine task templates menu.
2. Create a task template with .

   

3. Select Preventive or Recommended for action
4. Enter Name.
5. Enter the Description.
6. Select Resolving group.
7. Select Tags from the drop-down list.

   Or:

   Enter Tags.

8. Enter the Estimated duration of the work.
9. If the device has to be brought to a standstill for the work, activate the Standstill Required controller.
10. Create task template with Save.

The task is displayed in the Maintenance > Machine task templates menu.

• To edit the task template details, continue with Configure details of a machine task template.
• To add instructions to the task template, continue with Configure instructions for a machine task template.
