If a tool or component is selected in the Tool management > Tool control > Tools & components tab, the detail view opens. The detailed view on the Counters tab displays the counters of the tool or component along with their associated warning and blocking limits. The limits of the counters can be adjusted. The counters are used when the tool or component of the type is created. Selecting a counter displays more information about the counter.
