Export downtime causes

Prerequisites

Procedure

  1. Search for or filter for downtime cause(s). Search for downtime causes, Filter downtime causes
  2. Select downtime cause(s) by activating the checkbox at the beginning of the relevant row(s).
  3. Click CSV export.

    The Include a unique identifier? dialog opens.

  4. Click No or Yes as required.

    Including the unique identification feature only makes sense if a different cause number is to be assigned to an existing cause with a subsequent import of a modified CSV file.

    The operating system dialog for opening or saving the Global <date time>.csv file opens.

    The CSV file contains all information about the currently filtered downtime causes.

  5. Open or save the file.

All filtered downtime causes have been exported in CSV file format and are displayed or saved in a suitable program.
