Add variant

Prerequisites

• Production area has been created.
• Product family has been added.
• Product has been added.

Procedure

1. Click on a production area in the Product tab.
2. Click in the row of a product family.
3. Click on a product.
4. Click in the row of a product.
5. In the Add Variant dialog window, enter the information:

   

   • Enter the name of the variant in the Variant text box.

     The name of the variant must be unique within a product.

   • Enter a description of the variant in the Description text box.
6. Click Save.

The variant is added and appears in the list.
