Delete dataset

Prerequisites

• Production area, product family, product and variant(s) have been created. Product tab
• Dataset structure has been created.
• Dataset has been added to the variant.

Procedure

1. Click in the Production Area & Product Family search box in the Editor tab.
2. In the Production Area drop-down list, select a production area by activating the checkbox and click .
3. In the Product Family drop-down list, select a product family by activating the checkbox.
4. Click on a variant in the list.
5. In the detailed view, select one or more datasets in the Datasets tab by activating the checkbox.
6. Click in the header.
7. Click Delete in the options menu.
8. Enter a version comment in the Delete Datasets dialog window.

   

9. Click Delete.

The dataset is deleted and no longer appears in the list.
