Overview: System Management

The configuration data of the various services used in Nexeed Transport Management and Nexeed Stock Management can be viewed under Master Data Management > System Management and can be edited.

Detailed information about the services used and their configuration data can be found in the Operations Manual.

The user interface is divided into two areas:

Create a template for a version.
Create new version

Upload Configuration Data

Close the services of the version

Expand the services of the version

Appears when the mouse pointer is moved over the designation of a version.

Show options:

  • Duplicate Version
    Create duplicate of the selected version.
    Create new version
  • Rename Version
    The Rename Version dialog window opens. Change the Version Designation and confirm this with Save.
  • Delete
    Delete Version that has been selected.

Activate

Activate the selected version.
The configuration data of the activated version is processed by the Nexeed Industrial Application System and used directly.

Depending on the size, the Nexeed Industrial Application System will require some time to process the configuration data. After processing, the new configuration data is used directly.

Only one version can be active.

Backup function: An older version can be activated again if necessary. The previously activated version is automatically deactivated.

Compare

Compare the configuration data of the selected service at different times of saving.
Compare Configuration Data of a Service

Save

Save changes to the configuration data in the editing area.

Cancel

Discard changes to the configuration data in the editing area.
