Manage Devices for a Device Type

1. In the Device types tab, click a device type .

   The device type is selected.

2. In the working area, click Devices.

   The Devices tab is displayed with a list of existing devices.

   

• Display filters, searches and ID:
  • To find a device in the search box, enter one or more characters which make up part of the device name.
  • Click Show ID to also show or hide the column containing the internal ID (for example dc192a10-c765-40ac-9708-66f27240b657).
  • Click Show unknown devices to configure devices from the list of unknown devices.
• Create, edit and delete device:
  • Click to create a device: Create Device for a Device Type
  • Click in the line with a device to display the device in the tab for further configuration: Devices
  • Click in the line with a device to edit the device details: Edit Device for a Device Type
  • Click in the line with a device to delete the device: Delete Device for a Device Type
