Evaluations, search forms and detailed views

Part Traceability functions are designed as evaluations and therefore have read-only access to the quality database. The various evaluations can be used to evaluate all available part information. Detailed information about a selected part is displayed in a detailed view.

Evaluations

The following evaluations with corresponding search forms are available:

• Part Protocol: All important data about a part.
• Forward Search: All components that are installed in one part.
• Backward Search: All parts in which a component has been installed.
• Tool Usage: All parts that have been processed with a tool.
• Packaging Information: All packaging information.

Search forms for the evaluations

• To create an evaluation, one or two search forms with corresponding search parameters are available for each evaluation: Search Forms for Creating an Evaluation
• The search result or the evaluation is displayed in the form of a results list. The filter options can be used to further restrict the data in the results list of the evaluation: Filter.
• To sort the results lists, click on a column title.
• To open a detailed view, click on an entry in the results list.

Detail Views

The detailed views of the Parts Log display detailed information on parts, components, equipment and processes: Detail Views

The following detailed information is displayed in the detailed views:

• The header data of a part: Part Header.
• Full report on the quality data of a part throughout the entire production process:
  • Packaging tab
  • Blocks tab
  • SPC Sessions tab
  • Additional Information tab
• The process and facility information for each facility that has been passed through in the manufacturing process of a part: Process information.

Information is displayed in the detailed views by expanding entries or opening tabs.
