Extended Search — By Facility

The Extended Search > By Facility of the Part Protocol is used to call up all available information for a Facility/Process.

If more than one entry is found, the evaluation is displayed in the Results area. If there is only one hit, the Part View is opened: Part View tab.

Call up the Part Traceability > Part Protocol > Extended Search tab.

Element/icon	Description
Facility ID or Process ID	Enter the Identification Number of a Facility or Process.
Time Frame	Define Time Frame with .
Process Result	Select the status of the Process Result: Result status.
Part Type Numbers	Enter Part Type Numbers
Type Variant	Enter Type Variant
	Click to create the evaluation

Results list of evaluation — General Information

In the header, the General Information view is selected.

To restrict the entries, use the filter option: Filter.
To sort the evaluation, click on a column title.
To display the part information for a part, click on the Part ID or on in the respective row: Part View tab.
