Export production area

Prerequisites

• Production area has been created.
• Product family has been added.
• Product has been added.
• Variant has been added.
• Dataset, structure element and parameters have been created. Configurator tab

Procedure

1. Click on a production area in the Product tab.
2. Click in the row of the production area.
3. Open or save the file in the operating system dialog window.

The production area is exported and displayed in a suitable program or saved. The export includes the current product hierarchy and the valid (setup) data records.

The export does not include status information of the data records and variants, information about lines or change history.
